same here... I was not able to create an account on the website (it kept saying "An invalid request has been made" or something)... then I tried it with VPN turned ON and it worked. Unfortunately I then got the message that my account has been suspended :) pls unblock

ok I just found out it is a common issue, and a few minutes after I logged in on the website I was able to connect to the server again :-)
