I recently did the Battered Hilt quest, then I deleted the character and made it again, same name, same class and everything, Can I do the Battered Hilt quest again or is it saved because everything about the character is the same? Thanks

Buy a battered hilt and try. :) But as far as I know the server doesn't care if your char is the same name. Statistics aren't based on name so you should be good to go.
