1. How can I recovermy account?

    Hello,

    My account was created on 2011(with registration email X) and I had my email change (to email Y) on 2017 or so because I had lost my email X

    I needed to change email (to email Z) and account password on 2023 so I did it, they send me email (to email Y) ,but wrongly clicked to revert back to registration email (X) which I dont have access to since 6 or 7years, and I lost my 2FA auth code.

    Now I can't access my account.

    I have all info account (including password, IP address and donation dates) I sent email to [email protected], but they replied they don't have support to shared or stolen accounts.

    I replied back that it wasn't shared or stolen (All account logins are from the same IP address of mine and they can check that in account history) but I got no further reply.


    What should I do now? send another email ? but I'm afraid that many emails can ban my account forever.

    wait 1 or 2 months and request help again?

  2. For them to have replied to you that the account is a shared or stolen one, they already checked the account history, which is what led to that conclusion.
    I personally doubt waiting and trying again will change anything. Your previous ticket and the reply it got are logged, and will be there to remind Support of it if you open a new one.

  3. Account history only have logins from the same IP that's I'm 100% sure that's why I asked in forums.

    Do you think of any other solution?

  4. Account History only shows activity starting from 2015, I believe. Your account is years older than that, and Support would have access to much more complete logs, as well as contacts made by email (such as other people with evidence they own the account and can't login, which would characterize typical account-sharing-gone-wrong, for example).

    What Support told you looks pretty definitive to me. Your options seem limited to managing to recover access on your own or starting a new account.

  5. It's not that bad to start a new account, I can access the game already (i have the password) but i cant access the account on website because of the 2FA step auth that's it.

    So I guess I have to play only without ever looking at my account on website again :D

    Not all information was lost, not everything was stored in the same place as the stolen character data.
    The very fact people still kept their accounts and creation dates should be enough to show that.
