Insane in the membrane achievement

I was wondering one thing about this achievement. I've read somewhere that on WOTLK:Classic you have to have these reputation as required simultaneously. Is it the same on Warmane? Do I have to be exalted with Booty Bay (and others) and Honored with Bloodsail Buccaneers at the same time?
