Hi everyone can tell me and guide me on any wotlk characters sold on warmane site is this real? I want to sell my character how many days one character sells on it. This is True if anyone previously sold it. Please reply this thread and tell me Waiting ! :)

Yes, you can sell and buy characters, I don't understand what are you asking.

Gear that matters when selling/buying: BoE and BiS.
Random items don't really make sales. Nobody wants to pay for items they can replace.
Other than that, achievements, pets, mounts, professions matter to varying degree.
