I just saw that frostmourne server has closed i didnt play for a long time, how do i transfer my character ?

Go to (My Account => services ) and fill like the screenshot says:
realm : frostmourne ( the realm you want to transfer your character from )
the character : (the character you want to transfer)
coins : (don't worry it will be 0 coins service)
service type : realm transfer
