    It says faction change is irreversible

    Does that mean if I move a character from horde to alliance I can't pay again to change it back?

    u can switch back and forth to horde/alliance as long as u have the required points/coins.

    It just means you can't go plead to Support, saying it was a mistake or that your brother/dog/personal Jesus did it, and ask for it to be reverted.
