I was offline some time ago, when i come again all my characters doesnt appears at screen but the count tell me that there are my charaters there at Lordaeron.

Same for me.
It seems we've been "cleaned" as they say.
I wasn't aware of that like many of us.
And then we come back into the game and nothing...
10 -100 - 1000 hours whatever, you lost everything.
First time i see a server being that brutal.

Brutal? Hundreds or thousands of hours?
Even if we ignore that it takes having logged in once in a year to be immune to it, a one-time donation gives you the same protection.
But even on top of all that, characters that are level 51 or higher also aren't affected. If in "hundreds or thousands of hours" you didn't reach level 51 this might not be the game for you.
To kjsv, that number is meaningless. It's stored locally on your computer and doesn't reflect what's on the server. If a character is deleted automatically (or manually from another computer) that number doesn't get updated.

100-1000+ hours, and you don't check up on your "investment" every now and then? It's funny what happens when things get neglected, you know.

I had a Level 80 Human Priest and he still got deleted. Why? 80 is higher than 51

What realm was it in?
If it was Frostmourne, the whole realm is closed.
If it was Lordaeron/Icecrown, chances are it was deleted by other player (aka somebody else had/has access to your account).
Or it's just flagged for inactivity and is waiting for rename (if you only checked website armory).
