WotLK I cant play with my shaman

Hi i buy a new character name Motorex Shamy, and i think i have a bug becouse i cant use my totems, and the shamy instructor dont give me the item quest to do the mission, o think the other ownuer drop that item. I NEED HELP, I CANT DO NOTHING

First of all, you CAN play your shaman WITHOUT totems, you just don't get the effects they grant.
Second, the way you get your totems is you do quests at a certain level per totem, you get 4 different totem items that have to be in your bags. Aafter this you get one singular totem item that replaces the previous 4 AND it fits the totem slot in your equipment window. After that, you can farm emblems and purchase a totem item from the emblem vendors in Dalaran. That item replaces the previous one you had and it also grants you fancy stats boost.

Now, given that you bought your shaman, you're stuck at the "farm emblems to buy a totem" step of the whole process. There's your answer.
