Realms Give Icecrown server a duel zone

Would love for Icecrown to receive a duel zone, like they have on Blackrock, where cooldowns are reset before every duel and/or other characters hidden when in a duel. My suggestion would be to make Durator and Elwynn Forest (just outside Orgri and SW) designated duel zones, because that's where everyone is dueling anyways.

Having to wait up to 10 minutes for a cooldown is tiresome.

Think this has been suggested and denied multiple times. The abuse potential is rather high with the cooldown reset.
