WotLK account hacked

Hello, i'm a longtime Warmane player. My account got somehow hacked twice and GMs didn't offer any help in-game so my last resort is to post here. I should note that i never shared my account with anyone else other than my real life brother, this can easily be checked by the Warmane staff(IPs, IP ranges). I checked my computer for viruses and there were none, i did not download anything recently that might have affected my account either. And i also didn't have a simple password. I also had two factor authentication, but it didn't work apparently. They somehow managed to change my email address. First time i recovered my account but now GMs refused help

Don't trust anyone, even your brother, if you have a brother that does not mean he wont do such things to you.

If they changed your email address then someone knew about you, I mean even if some hacker hacks your email, he wont be like "This guy is playing on warmane, let me download wow and steal his account"....

No offense, but this is somehow suspicious, and you also said that your computer is clean, no viruses, etc...

Can you people share the weird ip that accounts been logged on? My account also got harmed and 2 ip s are these below, prolly vpn used ip s.

I suggest you to contact Warmane staff through email. You will get the quickest response out of all options you'll choose. Trust no one,if some weird IP address is entering your account,immediately change your password and contact support as soon as possible.
