Don't they all have rele/wrath gear though?<
According to forum users, Blackrock players gets their gear from vendors. Icecrown players gets them from store. What's the difference?

what are you talking about, if you're in the lower bracket as an icecrowner you won't be facing full-bis people from Blackrock and vice versa.

Gotta endure till you get your gear/skill to equal level.

Grind EoF for a month or two, buy relentless and then join PvP if it's bothering you that much..or just go and play on Blackrock yourself. It's not one of the expansion where the PvP items make that big of a difference

Indeed. BR start with level 80 full relentless on any new char, on Icecrown you have to level up and get your items which takes time. On Icecrown case with no PVP gear or a few pieces you'll be very weak against everybody else in pvp with most being from BR.
You can pay irl money in both cases to skip grind, but without paying BR is a lot easier for PVP and you get to skip months of work
