1. terminated due to Compromised

    I created ticket for changing my e-mail cuz i forgot e-mail's password. Ticket was closed and account was banned "due to Compromised". I didn't know i can change e-mail by myself without administration. Now i changed it, but my account still banned (already 17 days). Nobody asks me from [email protected]. What i need to do?

    "You are no longer allowed to create support tickets. The support system is unavailable for this account." although i have premium. I'm waiting for an answer from [email protected] already for 16 days. Why so looong?

  5. You won't get help. You went and managed to get yourself banned from contacting Support. The email you're sending and not getting replied goes to Support.

    And that after Support likely identified that the account has been stolen or something like that to deem it compromised.
