Realms Dishonor System

Implementing a dishonor system ( which would negatively affect peoples Honor points and ranking) or a system that alllows a player to unflag from pvp while questing. This would allow player to enjoy the game instead of consistantly being slaughtered for no reason. Im consistantly seeing geared level 80's just slaughtering lower levels in questing areas for no reason.

The first part is custom content that goes against the spirit of a PvP server. The second is effectively turning the server into PvE.
