    Someone stole everything from my account! They stole gold, materials, items, BOE.. everything from all my characters! NEED HELP!

    If your account was Premium and you had acquired any gear with donated Coins, you can try opening a Support ticket on the website. There's a chance they might restore those items in specific. Anything not fitting that is gone. The help you can be provided is advising you to properly secure your account with a unique and strong password, along with 2-step authentication, so this doesn't happen again.
