Hi, the situation becomes unmanageable.
90% of the bg are won by the alliance because 90% of the players come from Icecrown and are completly overgeared.
Players who are tired of losing or struggling to get equipment make an alliance character on Icecrown to join those bgs. It's a vicious cycle that plagues Warmane's PVP.
Do something please, like exclude them from pvp brackets of Lordaeron/Blackrock.
Let them play beetween them.
90% of bgs aren't won by alliance. maybe they win more than 50% but its nowhere near 90.
what does being overgeared have to do with anything?
isn't there more horde on icecrown than alliance?
im sure the majority of icecrown players would be happy to remove blackrock from their bracket especially xD free action potions are a plague.
and nobody cares about lordaeron, there's like 30 people on that server.
i don't really know what your point is with this forum post?
do you want overgeared people to stop queueing with you? because there already are bg brackets, but you would be waiting hours for a queue pop if the brackets were exclusive.
do you want alliance to win less bgs? as a general rule the bell curve of alliance players is more pvp inclined compared to horde, so there will naturally be more pvpers on alliance for the racials. but i have mercenary mode on and horde win plenty of bgs, infact i feel like i win more than 50% while i am horde too xD
no its completely true, i even thoroughly tested it. i had human prot warr with a 75% warsong gulch win rate, i changed him to horde and after 3 days of WSG, it dropped to 30%, and was still going lower. i have 3 different horde level 80s, and i can factually say i win 1 every 20 BGs or so, which is roughly 5% win rate. i also have most of my BGs recorded on my 3rd hard drive using OBS studios, as proof. i obviously wasnt recording for any other reason than to put them up on youtube, but hey, it worked out lol.
In my experience, battlegrounds are highly unfavorable to horde, and mercenary mode does nothing to improve it. In fact when I get set to Alliance, its the losing side which compounds loss rate.
