WotLK Some addons work, some don't

Hi everyone, so I've encountered two issues, one is that for example ElvUi doesn't work with detail's, even though it was working on my pc, so the issue is that, Ui's dont work, I've tried bartender4,AzeriteUi(these 2 were giving me an error ingame).Now for what i think the issue is, that the files are Read Only, but every time i change it, it reverts to Read Only.

I'm putting correctly the add-ons, they are 3.4.0 or 3.3.5 versions which ik they work, because as i said on the other pc they are working just fine.

OS: Windows 11 Pro
Exp: Wotlk

Why would you be installing 3.4.0 addons on a 3.3.5 client/server? Those won't work, period.
