Hello. In May 2021 I played on the frostmourne server. I had a character, a level 80 warrior, which I then spent a lot of time on. I know this is a seasonal server and the characters should have moved to the Icecrown server. But this did not happen. Tell me how to fix it.

Frostmourne Season II April 14, 2021 - April 15, 2022 - Transfers closed April 2023
Frostmourne Season I April 14, 2020 - April 15, 2021 - Transfers closed April 2022

Also, transfers never were meant to be automatic. That would just bloat Icecrown with thousands of ditched characters.
You had to manually select the characters you had interest in keeping and transfer them to Icecrown.

I haven't played in a long time. Too bad I lost the character forever. Extremely inconvenient transfer system for casual players. Thanks for the info.

Casual or not, abandoning something for an year is sign of neglect.

What kind of "neglect" can we talk about? At first I had a lot of work, then the war started. There was no time for games. Well, now that I've been able to get my life back on track, I've got some free time again.

Kind of neglect that you needed to spent 10 seconds for transfer through the year.
And where all of you are getting that naive idea about automatic transfer? It was never mentioned/said/hinted, each thread that touched Frostmourne season had info about manual transfer.
