WotLK ban for no reason

i was ban after trying to put items on the neutral ah an trying to buy them with my other faction toon after realising that you cant do that about a day later i got ban its my first ever ban/suspension. Fairley new to warmane an just finished lvling my first 80 an was in the process of gearing for raids.

can one of the mods please get in touch an let me know whats happening. Is it a perm ban its my first ban surely i get let off with a warning or something please.
