Lordaeron Ban Appeal

Very good afternoon, my appeal is regarding the banning of my gaming account today, 09*13*2023, from what I can read on the server page it says:
Your IP Address (190.108.77.176) has been terminated due to Bot Network 1.1
And I don't understand why since I am a casual player for work reasons I can't play as long as I would like and when I can play I take advantage of every moment. I have never used bots and nothing that affects the server and even less that they break its rules. I've invested quite a few hours of my free time into my characters and I enjoy the time I spend on the server with my fellow guild members.
Please check my account again and you will see that I have not used anything from bots or anything else that is illegal in it

As I explained previously, I am a casual player I only enter the server when my work schedule allows it and I have never used bots or any illegal program prohibited by the server
The only thing unrelated to the server downloaded in my account are Addons for WOTLK and I have downloaded them from the forums or pages that recommend Addons for the warmane server

I appreciate the help you can give me I don't want to lose my account due to some misunderstanding in it
