WotLK World Server is Down

Sometimes in the Icecrown realm (more frequently since more or less 4 days) I get disconnected from the server and when I try to log back in it says "World Server is Down", and I cannot connect to any of my characters there. Can connect to other realms tho. When I look at the webpage, it always displays people playing in Icecrown. Any suggestions/fixes?

World Server is Down = realm is down for everyone (theoretically)

Once you log back on the realm, check this page: https://www.warmane.com/information

and check Icecrown "uptime"

icecrown is up for 7 hours still i cant log in ....you ve been disconnected from the server the message i get...anybody knows anything ?
