Technical cannot log one of my characters

every time I log into my warlock, it instantly gives me "you have been disconnected from the server" once the loading screen finishes. I have tried unstuck, and while it works since it changed his position, it didnt solve the issue of being unable to log.

It started because I was trying to finish a scenario on the isle of thunder from the black prince and my game kept crashing every time when I talked to start phase 5. after trying for about 20 minutes, I was told from other people who had the same issue that I should delete and restore my character to unbug it. so I did that, but after restoring the character I am now stuck in this position of every time I log it puts me into the login screen with "you have been disconnected from the server"

Edit: I tried to delete and restore it again, but not even that works and it tells me "Character deletion failed"

I have just tried to put it up for sale and cancel it in the hopes that would unbug it. It still disconnects me the moment I try to log into it now. it isnt on friendlists or in the guild anymore, but still visible in the armory. I am officially out of ideas on how to get him back now.

I now tried to race change my character in the hopes of that resetting and unbugging it, but it tells me that there is already a service for that character pending and I should log to claim it, however there isnt anything and it just disconnects me when I try to log. you know a character is messed up if you can neither delete it nor buy services for it, let alone log into it

I think your best option is putting this in the bug tracker.

Open a Support ticket.
The Bug Tracker is more for identifiable and replicable bugs, and your case looks more like some service is "stuck" than an in-game bug.
