Every main city ran all over and no NPCs gave me quests.

If you mean low level quests, you need to click on "search" icon near minimap. Select "show low level quests", it will show you quests on your minimap.

at 80, there is plenty of quests to do. start with doing to dalaran, icecrown, and stormpeaks. do the class quests for warlock (only those wich are not low level) as well.
