Hello, I had a slightly older account which has a registered email, I currently created a new account and used the same email in it and it was possible to create it, but now the verification code for the old account no longer arrives, only the one for the new account is coming when I try to login. I would like to know if when creating the new account the email that was previously in the old account is unlinked or something like that and what can I do to gain access to my old account. I have already sent an email explaining this same situation, but still no response.
