Hello,
When i tried to make a ban appeal this month after the new account improvments and click "Create ticket", this is what is appearing
"You are no longer allowed to create support tickets.
The support system is unavailable for this account."
The account is "Premium" ofcourse and it has been played by the same IP, with the original e-mail
And also, what the numbers after the ban reason means, because they are the same for my accounts
