My priest was deleted because I didnt play it enough? But I only play during winter here in Canada and I have been regularly logging into my account and moving for a second or so. Is there anyway I can get it reactivated?

No, that's not from cleanup.
Make sure you are on the correct account/realm.

Was your account premium? Because if yes, it only marks characters for rename.
How long ago was last time you've logged in?
Are you sure it wasn't seasonal realm Frostmourne?
And lastly, have you checked account history and character restoration?

Because there are no random deletions from Warmane side, it is automated process. Just like in dozens similar threads like yours, there are always same questions and same answers. So why can't you check it by yourself?
