That means you were banned in the past year. It will return to "in good standing" one year after the ban expired.

Or those 1420 points come from multiple characters with repeated achievements.
Or you're counting achievement points from Blackrock characters.

no i play on icecrown and my warlock have 1420ap but i banned last year and my account status is normal. is there anything i can do for this?

Wait for the one year to pass and not get banned again, which would reset that timer.
