Technical Reputation Quartermaster with the Sons of Impossible Hodir

My Sons of Hodir reputation is exalted but I can't see the Quartermaster NPC, please help what should I do?

Getting Exalted is faster with higher rates. Getting Exalted doesn't unlock the Sons of Hodir quartermaster like every other quartermaster. To unlock the SoH quartermaster, you'll need to complete (either fully or partially) the Sons of Hodir questline linked above.
