Please make a way to avoid scammers easier

I know common sense works, but I wasn't really that aware of these scams.

Is there an addon that maybe prevents this? Or any other way to not be scammed in the future?
Just a little rant as I really needed this gold and it's very ****ty that they can't do anything to refund people

Scammers always ''sell'' stuff for a very cheap price, that should have been the first red flag...the choker tends to cost around 20k normally so no one would sell it for 5k. You also need to pay more attention while buying stuff through the trade window, he was not very slick with changing it, you even had the name showing. Just be more aware in the future :)

Don't ever buy or trade anything from a random stranger, use the auctionhouse.

But it would be nice if this was fixed server-side. I know it's possible. Disable the button that confirms the trade for a few seconds every time the contents of the window are modified by either side of the trade, the way it is in retail.
