Technical Instantly DC'd when logging in

HI there, I input my Login details and password, Hit enter and instantly DC'd, Sometimes It lets me in I chose a realm but again says you've been discconected, but It shows the character creation screen but I can't do anything besides exit.

Have tried a few of the suggestions in other topics, such as moving the file location, checking to make sure read only isn't tagged on and rechecking/Downloading the game files again.

Also tried both my E-mail as a login and also my account name, neither seemed to fix the problem.
