    BRD RDF question

    I noticed the upper city BRD specific queue has a lock and says 'You do not have the required item". Is it required to quest for the key before you can access this dungeon through the dungeon finder? Or has the Upper city not been released yet?

    After doing the quest for the key, the upper city BRD queue does unlock. I did it this morning.
