LF PvE guild on Icecrown (Horde)

Hello ^^
I joined WoW almost 1 month ago and I'm completely new to this game. I've got a max level MM hunter (5.5 gs) on Horde and I wish to find a guild that can guide me and teach me all about raids and whatnot. I'm very enthusiastic about learning this game and I hope to find a guild that's very friendly towards new players aswell as willing to teach.
