Technical settings are reset after each exit

Is this like this for everyone? It's really annoying to set up everyhting again and again, is there some way to save them?

I execute game by "World of Warcraft 3.3.5a/Wow.exe" (desktop shortcut ofc), WoW directory downloaded from here.

The only thing I found is "World of Warcraft 3.3.5a/WTF/Config.wtf", but there are two strings: localisation and windowed mode. Or it what needed?

1. Restart your PC.
2. Close and exit torrent.
3. Move your WoW -folder to other place, away from Torrent's Download folder.
4. Right click WoW -Folder, select properties, un-check "Read-only" and Apply.
5. If you get prompt, Apply changes to this folder, subfolders and files and click OK.
