WotLK Game is freezing

Hello, i have a problem, when i play the game just freezes every npc just stands still and every other player is just running in place so i am wondering if u know what could be the reason. It only happens to me my friends do not have this problem .I will be happy if u could help me .

Looks like poor connection. Try rebooting router for starters.
