cant log in

is the server down , whenever i log in i get stuck at the retrieving character list , wait there for a few minutes then get disconnected , rinse and repeat forever

same here, I still can't log in up to now. when I did logged in my ping is like 5000-12000 ms still unplayable. any fix for this?
