Forum Cenarion Plant Salve (Onyxia server)

I tured in quests:
Salve via Hunting
Salve via Skinning
after several times, the option to turn in Corrupted Soul Shard becomes unavailable.

I have Cenarion Beacon in my bag and my Cenarion Circle faction is Neutral.
Relog several times and the problem persists.
