So i only get 0.4 points apparently because of the ban that i got before and got lifted when you explained to me how looting works, Can the account be in good standing so i get more points please since the ban i got wasn't really a ban because i was clueless and had no idea? Thanks

You should have known the rules.
Ban was reduced, but not completely abolished so you are found guilty.
In one year, dont do any violation and your acc will return to its original state.

You get your normal amount of points after 365 days the ban expired. Other option is to farm achievement points.
