Bugged kill timers

Hello today i watched a guild do molten core run on twitch.tv and i've noticed that kill timers on pve ladder on serverr does not reflect the actuall kill time to prove my point i would like to post a few pictures. The guy i watched is from Tranquality guild, and we can take lucifron as prime example. On site it is state that they managed to kill the boss in 0:49 seconds. But watching the vod i can see that the kill time is only 19 seconds. As you can see they pulled the boss at 25:40 and managed to kill it at 25:59 pic included. I don't know if this should be put in bugtracker or made into a ticket.
