Realms There is NO balance on blackrock server Battlegrounds

my first example is about heal / melee / spellcaster balance. There are 30 horde 30 alliance in both side but alliance side has 10 healers but horde has zero healer it is impossible to fight more equal or win a game.
another example is Gear, could algorithm, calculate peoples gear scores and send them teams for balance ?

Otherwise only one side wining other side always losing mostly

I think what he was getting at is be the change you want to see! role healer and see if you win more - I play with mercenary mode and can tell you for sure that "horde lose every game" is a pseudo - even though I catch myself saying it every day when I really think about it I think the games won split pretty equally.
