    Winter hat needed for 'Tis the Season achievement

    Since this comes up every year; I can confirm it drops off the 2nd to last boss in Oculus HC (Mage-Lord Urom).

    it should be guaranteed drop from normal diff as well, so far I have no luck in oculus neither in nexus (telestra) .. so I guess its not working properly
