Dear kind General Enquiries of Warmane , the hacker of my accounts seems to have did things step ahead before i recovered my account . My supposedly 6.2 paladin and 6.1 druid , 6k warrior have no gear only the item i purchase in warmane site i restore , he must deleted my gears/items when he noticed that i've been recovering my account . can you please do something about it ?

so warmane has added a MANDATORY 2-step authentication , which means you have to use google authenticator or your email to get a 7 number code, but note hacking this is very unlikely. since people would have to guess what your email is.
tbh [no disrespect] seems like you tried to sell your account for IRL Money [breaking the Rules] and got scammed out of your account or you gave your account away and got scammed.
side Note : a friend of mine and i have a 10 min conv about this on how to brute force to get the info., but since you cant use the SAME username for log into to the wow client and warmane fourm, you would have to given the USERNAME of the account for logging into the client to someone else.
edit : i am half dead asleep so if any of this doesnt make since, let me know. i do not condone any action against warmane TOS and i mean no disrespect. proving simple logic to how this could effect accounts etc. please do not ban me.

It doesn't. This might just be an account that was stolen before that. He even says he recovered items he got with Coins. It could be a case of a shared account gone wrong, though.
For starters, this isn't Support. Opening a thread addressed to "General Enquiries of Warmane" isn't a substitute to opening a real Support ticket. That aside, no, there isn't anything Staff will do about missing stuff due to you not taking proper care of your account credentials, beyond whatever you got with Coins, which you say you already recovered.
