WotLK Missing characters and items from frostmourne S2

I logged back in my account after a while now, i had to rename my priest and my rogue back of course.
but the issue is on the frostmourne S2 i remember i had or a shaman or a mage and i bought also two expensive items for the character which is

-Aesuga, Hand of the Ardent Champion- and -Flare of the Heavens- which both of this items are not on my account today.
they were precily bought the October 25, 2021 at 3:49 by the IP 68.81.194.95 and the other item is at 22:53

today i only have my two characters which the rogue is the one who has been transfered from frostmourne and the priest was already is icecrown back then. i bought it with coins.
