WotLK Battlegrounds simply not working.

So I started playing WotLK a few days ago and battlegrounds just don't work. I can be on queue for hours on end and it never joins one. I've asked other players and they seem to have long queues too but not as long. I've created new accounts, redownloaded the client and even queued for 5hrs once. Nothing happens. Anyone have a solution?

Low level battlegrounds are dead. People want to get to level 80 and don't waste time playing battlegrounds.
