Hello I've submitted a ticket for item misbought but enchanted and gemmed it before i saw it was the wrong cloak I've bought :/ is there still a chance i receive a refund to buy the right cloak ?

If you bought it for coins, make a "item misbuy" ticket here on site.

There shouldn't be, I just wouldn't expect the gems or any gold cost for enchanting it to be returned, of course.
