I was banned unfairly because I didn’t use any bots, I was banned only because they filed a complaint, I use the auctioneer add-on and a macro for redeeming goods, and it’s called a “bot”??? I ask you to unban me because this is not fair to me, you can at least check my PC, there is nothing related to the bot on it, and I ask you to provide evidence

No, you weren't banned "just because they filled a compliant," nor because of using legitimate add-ons.
