Guys i do have a problem that game is delayed.
For example if i am dead an i am waiting on graveyard in BG and will trow me to other one GY, server will add 3s.
Or if i cast frostboll and then i cast ice lane i will recive spell reflect twice.
Basically everything is delayed even range.
Drivers are uptated.
Laptop is new and internet is 400/160Mbits.
My latency is around 31 MS.
