1. Wintrading. I got banned and i dont know what it is,.

Hi! I got banned with Wintrading.

No worries I have already submitted an appeal to disban. I'm not here to complain.
I want to ask first of all what is wintranding. as fas as i know it is when a team loses in purpose to let the other one win or that I benefit by that behaviour?.
now i just want to understand the ban because i was in 2c2 and 3c3 all these 3months and I have not have any problem. i have done arenas normally. usually 10 to 20 times per week. our team rating does not exceed 1450 because i think we are noobs. I want to ask the community some questions:

1.- what exactly is wintrading in warmane?
2.- How can i be accused from it?
3.- is there a software that banned me automatically or was the GM after reading a report?
4.- when I sent my appeal options I apparently was able to pick two times "wintrading"? does it mean a mistake or i got banned twice for the same readon?
5.- I know i am innocent but if i dont properly understand the reasons behind (how win-trading works))the ban and therefore i don't know how to properly defend innocense.

Long story short of how i am trying to defend my case.
214 times played (4 7%win - 53% loses) 2c2 and 3c3 we do not exceed 1450 personal ranking nor team. besides i am the only one banned. and seems like last week we lost 4 times in a row ( we got annihilated by the other team) and I decided not to play anymore with Zhalir and changed to my Alt Hunter. (which is not banned) this last 4 times lost in a row seems to be the reason why i got banned which led me to think that it is not a report but an automatic ban to my player.

If anyone can help me understand this case better i would truly appreciate. i do this post for the only purpose of information. I don't mean to complain here.
