WotLK 2step reset

I need my 2step authentication reset to my email for my other account: parazite420
my old phone died and with it I lost my access to the google authenticator it was tied to. I've tried the automated 2step reset but it say there is no 2 step setup on the account but when I login it prompts me to enter a 2step code
Or this might be a email recovery issue, I don't get any code (in spam or inbox) of an authentication code, need to verify which email this account is tied to.
