1. You are probably talking about the Twink Island. I don't know much about it.
2. You can get the Mekginner Chopper or Mechano-Hog with engineering 450. The Qiraji Battle Tank may become obtainable on Onyxia's realm during the final stretch of its Vanilla season and only there.
3. VIP Island has no advantages. It is just a forgotten island with a few NPCs. Anybody can access if you know to flight to it. Or by asking a GM to bring you there.

Regarding motorcycles. The fact is that in a regular game the recipe for a motorcycle is sold by NPCs, but on the Blackrock server they are not there and the engineering teacher does not have a motorcycle on the list. That’s why I think, if you can get it, how?!
