Why multiboxers arent geting banned?

Because multiboxing is legal as long as you're under the set limit (no more 5 toons in the world at any point). I don't remember if BGs count as instances in the rule since there was no set limit last I checked for inside instances (raids, etc.), but assuming the fact you're interacting with other players I would guess the limit is equal to the world limit (==5 toons), correct me if I am wrong.
TLDR 100% legal under 5 toons.

i wish someone would ban this **** from pvp all together i lost wg some many time because they had multiboxers and we didnt had, if you cant 1vs 1 someone take the noob way and 5vs 1 him, real fun time warmane

You've lost WG because you and your team were bad, not because of random 5-man multiboxer.
